My work is highly relational. We become friends, we have real talk about insecurities and how I can be aware of that during our session. For the families with the babies, I see the boobs, the hospital underwear, the tired eyes holding it together. It’s all normal to me. We get intimate so we can get REAL.

Terms & Conditions

As a Refer a Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to a standard signed contract that is sent upon booking, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Jess Koehler Photo’s referral program:

• Qualified Referral A Qualified Referral is defined as a booking made with Jess Koehler Photo by a person (a "Referred Customer") who has an intro call with Jess and completes submission of the session fee and a signed contract. You are limited to three Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, the potential to completely cover your session fee.

• Referred Customer The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using someone else in the immediate family). 

• Referral Rewards For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete the session fee payment, signed contract, and the actual session itself.

• Reward Payments Rewards are applied to your account as a credit for booking your next family session. Each referral reward is available up to two years from session date of the referred customer.

• Reward Terms If Referrer has maximum of three new Referred Customers with Jess Koehler Photo, they are eligible to cycle the program again after they complete their own family session with the credit and purchase of a collection. Not redeemable for cash. Not for resale. Only available in LA County. Jess Koehler Photo reserves the right to modify pricing, shipping or promotion details at any time. Credit cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. 

• Eligibility Eligibility is limited to new families only.

• Right to Close Accounts Jess Koehler Photo reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. 

• Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms Jess Koehler Photo reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
